The Indians beat Northwest Florida State 61-58 tonight.

David Pierce led the team in scoring with 19 points. Lat Mayen had 14 points, 12 rebounds, and four assists. Christian Lorng had 10 points and 15 rebounds. Marial Mading had 12 points. 

"It wasn't the prettiest win, but I thought we woke up defensively in the second half, stayed together, and found a way to win," said Coach Brendan Foley.

Chipola is on the road on Saturday as they take on Pensacola State at 7:30 p.m. CST.
