Preview: Lady Indians one win away from Championship Game

So far in the NJCAA Women's Basketball Tournament the Lady Indians have played two different fourth quarters. On Wednesday, Chipola escaped with a buzzer beating three pointer but watched a seventeen point lead evaporate as Eastern Arizona scored 30 points in the final period. One day later, it was the Lady Indians that needed a strong fourth quarter as they entered the final ten minutes trailing by four to Tyler Junior College. Led by De'Myla Brown's 13 fourth quarter points, the Lady Indians outscored the Apaches and won the game, 55-49.

The Lady Indians will need a complete game to take down the #2 seed in the tournament, Trinity Valley, who is making their tenth straight appearance in the semifinals. The Lady Cardinals achieved their spot in the final four by taking down number seven seed, Shelton State, on Thursday.
