Chipola Women's Basketball remains undefeated and improves to 15-0

The #1 ranked Chipola Women's Basketball team brushed off the rust from Christmas break to remain undefeated on the season and improved to 15-0.
The Lady Indians defeated #8 ranked Daytona State 88-62.
Chipola was led in scoring behind sophomore forward Evelyn Akhator. Akhator recorded her 15th double-double of the season, netting 29 points and 16 rebounds.
Sueterrica Key, sophomore guard from Dubach, LA added 21 points.
The Lady Indians will return to action tomorrow in day two of the Daytona State Classic versus the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha.
The Chipola Women's Basketball will open conference play at home January 3rd against Pensacola State College at 5:30pm.
