Chipola scored four runs in the sixth on Chipola scored in the sixth on a solo home run by Lazaro Rivera, an RBI double by Isiah Gilliam, an RBI single by Jacky Miles, Jr., and an RBI single by Jesse Strickland. 

Gilliam racked up three RBIs on two hits for Chipola. 

Culver Lamb worked out of eight tricky spots for Chipola. He pitched six innings and allowed one earned run on six hits. Lamb faced his most difficult moment in the sixth inning. 

Chipola never trailed after scoring two runs in the fourth on a two-run home run by Gilliam. 

Chipola added two more runs in the bottom of the eighth. Tyler Biggs's single got things going, plating Gunnar McNeill. That was followed up by Strickland's single, bringing home Maurice Cooley.
