Chipola Baseball & Softball have announced changes to their schedule for this weekend. Both teams will play doubleheaders on Sunday, March 13.

The #7 Lady Indians will face Lansing Community College from Lansing, Michigan in a pair of games beginning at 11 AM. Lansing is wrapping up a trip through Missisippi and Florida before returning home to Michigan. The Stars were originally scheduled to play at Gulf Coast on Saturday but a cancellation of games in Panama City, Chipola head coach Kelly Brookins invited Lansing CC to Marianna.

Lansing is 1-9 on the season with their sole win coming in their last game, a 9-1 victory over Northwest Florida on Thursday. The Raiders defeated the Stars in the first game on Thursday, 17-6.

Coach Jeff Johnson's #3 Indians opened Panhandle Conference play earlier this week on the road against the Eagles of Tallahassee Community College. The teams split the first two games with the Eagles winning on Tuesday, 8-3, and the Indians evening up the series on Thursday, 7-4.

The two teams postponed Saturday's scheduled doubleheader due to inclement weather and will play on Sunday. First pitch is set for 1 PM.
