Chipola Cross Country Starts Season
Chipola College Cross Country team begun their 2013 season by completing Georgia Southwestern in Americus, GA

The Chipola College Cross Country team competed Sept. 7 at the Fourth Annual Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run in Americus, GA.
In a meet featuring both junior college and four-year university participants, Natalya Miller led the Indians on the day as the fifth junior college participant overall in. She finished 27th overall with a time of 24:58 in the 6K course. Kimberly Wiltse finished second for Chipola with a 27:58.
Other Chipola runners include Donia Lanier, Victoria Taylor; Jodi Phillips; Karlee Floyd; and Kathryn Huffman.
As a team, Chipola finished fourth among junior college competitors and eleventh overall. The Lady Indians will return to action Sept. 14 at the University of West Florida.
