The Lady Indians picked up two wins in their doubleheader against Santa Fe this evening. 

In game one, Chipola won 12-2 in six innings.

Brianna Bailey pitched all six innings, allowing two hits with 16 strikeouts. 

Ava Worthy was 3-for-4 with four runs and one RBI. Haley Sandridge was 3-for-4 with three runs and three RBIs. Alexus Johnson was 0-for-3 with one run and two RBIs. Mikayla Lewin was 3-for-4 with two runs and five RBIs. Yana Islamova was 1-for-3 with one run. Natalie Kopikova was 1-for-2 with one RBI. 

In game two, the Lady Indians won 4-2.

Ashlyn Donner pitched five innings, allowing four hits with three strikeouts. Sydni Garret pitched two innings, allowing one hit with two strikeouts. 

Alexus Johnson was 1-for-3 with one run. Kayla Hurley was 1-for-2 with one run. Natalie Kopikova was 1-for-3 with two runs. Tammie Lijbers was 1-for-2 with one RBI. Marissa Baxter was 0-for-2 with one RBI. 

Chipola moves to 18-4 on the season. They’re on the road this weekend with a doubleheader at Florida State College of Jacksonville on Saturday and at Santa Fe on Sunday.
