Chipola men's basketball team got off to a fast start to begin the season vs. Conrad Academy. The Indians took the lead early and never looked back. At halftime, the Indians had a commanding lead of 61-29 while shooting 74% from the field.

The second half saw the Indians continue to dominate and finish with a 115-65 win. Six players finished in double figures with Eric Turner and Carter Skaggs leading the way with 19 points and 18 points respectively. 

The Indians finished shooting 69% from the field and 52% from behind the arc, while holding Conrad to 28% from the field. 

"I was proud of our team effort and passion tonight. Anytime you have a team high of 24 assists, it means your team is making the extra pass," said Coach Bret Campbell. 

Next up, the Indians will host Jones County on Saturday at home.
