Indians Go 2-0 in Fort Myers

The Indians went 2-0 today in Fort Myers, moving to 4-0 on the season.

Game one:

Chipola College Indians Varsity asserted their will over Florida SouthWestern on their way to an easy 7-1 victory

Chipola College Indians Varsity got things started in the first inning. Daniel Cerda hit a solo homer.

Chipola College Indians Varsity tallied three runs in the third inning. The offensive onslaught came from a single by Andre Tarver and an error on a ball put in play by Taylor Clapp.

Turner Toms earned the win for Chipola College Indians Varsity. He allowed zero hits and zero runs over two and two-thirds innings, striking out five. Michael Cullen threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.

#16 took the loss for Florida SouthWestern. He went two and two-thirds innings, allowing four runs on five hits and striking out four.
