Indians Cap Off Weekend With Victory

Chipola College Indians Varsity jumped out to an early lead over State College of Florida and took home a 13-8 victory on Sunday. Chipola College Indians Varsity scored on a single by Andre Tarver in the first inning, a walk by Keniel De Leon in the second inning, a fielder's choice by Corey Rosier in the second inning, a single by Daniel Cerda in the second inning, and a groundout by Cameron Gray in the second inning.

The base paths were crowded in this high-scoring game. Chipola College Indians Varsity collected 14 hits and State College of Florida had 11.

In the bottom of the first inning, State College of Florida tied things up at one. State College of Florida scored one run when John Malcom singled.
