The Chipola Indians (37-13) looked to be in control, up by three runs in the sixth inning, but Chattahoochee Valley came back to grab a 13-6 win on Tuesday at Chipola College.

Te'Kwaan Whyte racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Chipola Indians. He singled in the third and fourth innings.

Chattahoochee Valley's Brandon Hill, Jaylen Smith, AJ Willoughby and WIll Campbell combined for 11 hits and eight RBIs.

Ryan Shauger was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.

Five relief pitchers didn't loosen their grasp on the win as they finished off the game for Chattahoochee Valley. Cody Harrison faced five batters in relief, while Christian Vann managed to record three outs to aid the victory.

The Chipola Indians tied the game in the third on a steal of home.

Chattahoochee Valley brought home one run in the fifth inning, and matched that run total in the sixth. In the fifth, Chattahoochee Valley scored on an error, plating Brandon Hill.
