Chipola lost 13-0 to Miami-Dade at St. Petersburg, FL on Saturday as Maurico Amaral allowed two hits over seven innings.
Miami-Dade was sparked by Jonathan Morales and Bryan Colon, who teamed up for four hits and five RBIs.
Addison Reed couldn't get it done on the bump for Chipola, taking a loss. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
Miami-Dade tacked on another eight runs in the fourth. A error scored Morales for the inning's first run. That was followed up by Colon's single, plating Brandon Vicens.
